Application:
The machine is required for many purposes, such as eggs beating, making cream for sandwich biscuits, making dough for cookies, fat pulping, paste making, liquid mixing etc. It can also be used as an emulsifier.

Design:
Vertical planetary type with motorized agitator, fully automatic with VFD and HMI display controlled by PLC, all contact parts in Stainless Steel.

Capacity:
From 15 kg to 300 kg / batch.

application:
the machine is required to apply a thin layer of edible oil on both sides of biscuits for polishing of cracker biscuits.

design:
biscuits coming out of oven passes through the oil spray machine over a running wire band. Hot vegetable oil is sprayed at the top and bottom of biscuits by a high pressure oil pump which makes “mist” of oil in the spraying chamber, contact parts in stainless steel.

capacity:
as per the length and width of the ovens ranging from 800mm to 2000mm wide.

features:
plc control with various spraying options, such as nozzle spray, rotating wire brushes, splitting discs, uniform adjustable top / bottom spray between 5% - 10%, with 3 filters, thermostatic oil temperature control.

Application:
The machine is required to put cream between the two biscuits automatically to make sandwich biscuits.

Design:
The machine is available in various designs, such as stencil type, wire-cut type and with 2 / 4 rows, high speed type with stacking system and row multiplier.

Capacity:
The machines are available from 300 sandwiches to 3200 sandwiches / min. as per requirement.
